Stopped for breakfast before getting back on the road. The day before, I had a not-so-stellar experience in downtown York at another restaurant where my omelet wasn't cooked and I was (over)charged full price, so I was hoping that things would be better at Round the Clock Diner. It looks like a small diner and I thought we would have to wait for a table, but we were seated right away. Our very sweet server, Kelly, stopped by almost immediately to get our drink orders. We quickly reviewed the menu and we were able to order in a few minutes because Kelly was on the ball! I ordered an omelet (I had to) and when I tell you it was fast, it. was. fast. Within five minutes, a hot, fully cooked, generously proportioned omelet was placed in front of me. And it was delicious! What a great experience, great customer service, great food! I am not sure that I will ever be back in York, Pennsylvania, but if you are trying to choose between the place in downtown York and Round the Clock Diner, pick Round the Clock Diner!

Awesome quaint diner we stopped by during a road trip. Incredibly generous portions, good Southern food. Whether you like things fried, grilled, or have more of a sweet tooth and want desserts, they got it all and it all seemed pretty amazing. Also seems like a relaxing spot just to get some coffee and something light if you don't want a meal. All the employees were super nice and it seems like everyone there was having a good time, just good vibes all around the place. I wish I had gotten pictures of the food to show just how great it was, but also, again, how wildly generous the portions were. Really kind of a vintage vibe but clean and orderly. There was a Bitcoin ATM machine, which was bizarre but kind of funny because it seems so out of place with the rest of the vibe. Anyways, I can't recommend this placs enough if you need a quaint place for a quick bite or you're looking for a hefty meal, especially if you're on a long road trip

If you love a diner atmosphere you will love this place. I was amazed at what $10.49 will buy. The staff are great, my table and menu was squeaky clean...

Food was great I ordered 2 eggs w. Cheese, corn beef hash and the home fries with an English muffin with coffee and a Pepsi my husband ordered the stuffed chicken breast which has stuffing inside of it which came with a said of white gravy and rice with the loaded baked potato. Needless to say the food the good and the service was really nice. We will be back.

Great food. Great service. We were traveling to York and stopped in for a late breakfast. Everyone loved their food. I asked for blueberry banana pancakes and they were absolutely delicious! I also appreciate that they make a delicious dark iced tea. Our server was quick, attentive, and personable.
